With our self-propelled machine, we are able to disinfect greenhouses and utility rooms. Thanks to the fan and air compressor, the disinfecting solution is broken down to 16-28 microns and reaches 150 m deep – Such a tiny particle will get everywhere and cover the largest possible surface, including cracks.

The efficiency of the machine is about 300 liters / 1 hour, which allows for fogging of 2-3 hectares of greenhouses in one hour. Depending on the type of preparation, it uses 100-150 l / ha. A 1000-liter tank allows us to work in facilities of the size up to 10 ha without unnecessary breaks, which translates into time savings and high quality service.

Since 2008, we have been shading greenhouses and making improvements to the process based on our rich experience. The application of shading agent (paint) is done by machine - which guarantees even distribution on the glass surface. The concentration of the used paint is selected depending on the effect you want to achieve. Our long relationships with top certified suppliers allows us to always get the shading agents suited for Your needs, timely and with the best price.

Once You decide that paint on the roof is no longer needed we can remove it mechanically, using special chemical agents. We own a fleet of trucks equipped with cranes making us very flexible and in majority of situations completely independent from external Crane and transport Services.

We rely on Dutch Besseling & All Technik machines. Over the years we’ve expanded our fleet of washers to fit every type of Venlo Greenhouse. We own multiple 4m span machines as well as 3,20m, 4,27m, 4,5m and 4,8m ones. Each Fitted with window and gutter brushes. We advise and supply chemical agent to be used and it’s concentration based on the degree of soiling on the glass. Machine doses set concentration automatically.

Removal of old crops is done by machines. Crops are being transported to the Biochopper on the transport mats. We can work with the mats provided by the ordering party or supply our own 2-3 days before the scheduled chopping. Each roll of material has a set, marked length to, enabling us to select and deliver a perfect for Your growing aisle. We also offer leaves and substrate (rock wool, cocopeat etc.) removal.

We have at our disposal several biochoppers of different size and power that will fit inside almost all types of greenhouses. Depending on chosen machine and other conditions we can clean area form 2ha up to 10ha a day. Chopped biomass, with strings and clips, is transported with our loaders outside of the greenhouse and loaded onto the containers or pilled up in the agreed location nearby. It's Is crucial for the timely service delivery to prepare crop so it doesn’t contain any metal fragments (hooks, support arches, wires).
